RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

IN STOCK ITEMS
We want you to be thrilled with your selections, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we'll be happy to accept returns of unworn and unused items within14 days. All merchandise labels and tags should be intact on the item with no visible signs of wear, and all original branded packaging must accompany the returned item to be eligible for an exchange or credit.

RESTOCKING CHARGE
We understand circumstances may result in needing to return merchandise after the 14 days allowed in our return policy, if this the case, we can accept the return with a 20% restocking charge. To request this option, follow the return procedures as stated below.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Wedding dresses and bridal veils are made to order in our Los Angeles atelier to your size, length and color specifications, therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage you contact one of our stylists either by phone, email or livechat before completing your purchase.

IN-STOCK SAMPLE BRIDAL GOWNS
It is our sincerest hope that you are happy with your Claire Pettibone Sample wedding dress. We allow a 2-day try-on-period to ensure the quality and fit of the gown. If it is not the one for you, please contact our customer care department within 48 hours of receipt of the gown to initiate the return. Once the gown is returned, it will be inspected, and if there is no damage, we will issue a full refund for the sample gown only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gown must be returned in the original box with all packaging material and tags attached. We strongly encourage you contact one of our stylists either by phone, email or live chat before ordering a Sample Wedding Dress.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We encourage you to check the item(s) carefully when you receive them and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults. Please contact us via email or by phone 800-411-4242 Extension 100 to receive instructions for submitting a damage claim. Unless these procedures are followed, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for damaged items. 

RETURN PROCEDURE
Please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. If the above guidelines are met, we will issue you a RMA . Repackage the items in the original box. You are responsible for the cost of returning. Be sure to include all original packaging. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the label provided. 

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT
Once your returned item is received and accepted, a credit will be posted to your account. Credits can be used to apply to another purchase or exchange.
